Your background:
- Sound understanding of development cooperation projects.
- PCM, theory of change, CapacityWORKS
- Uneasiness with all of the above!
- Strong desire to do it better.

- Aware of the great transition to come https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Transition
- Eager to shape it
- This translates to readiness working in a catholic organisation, and to sharing its values, that is essential to us
- Ideally: Experiences in East Africa and/or the Arab States Region
- ready to travel 1-4 times 10 days p.a.
- eager to reduce that travelling due to environmental reasons, and skilled to introducing ICT to partners
- ready to work in a small team (males: take a seat at the loo. all: empty the garbage, and
get your travel expense accounting done in time)
- Experienced in technical writing: in the beginning, the word
- ideally: MPH (and/or alternatively: no fear of SPSS, Tableau, M+E)
- excellent command of xls is essential (knowledge of SQL/readiness to engage = no damage at all)
- preferably: German speaker. English essential; Arabic and/or Swahili an asset
40 hours/week; 14 salaries
40 hours = 2.400 minutes

It is up to you joining us 100% of 50%
(finally, you could get your PhD done)
Depending on your qualifications
max EUR 3.000 gross per month
