Particip GmbH is a consulting firm offering services to international organisations in the fields of project management and international development cooperation across the globe. We’re currently seeking to fill the following position in our ‘Team Green’:
Project manager – International development cooperation
100% – 2-year contract (initially) – starting approx. April 2018
Your tasks
Supporting project managers in the bidding for – and delivery of – contracts, incl. framework contracts (FWCs), with the EU / EuropeAid, GIZ, World Bank and other donors. This includes:
- Coordinating with international experts, partners and clients
- Identifying, assessing, negotiating with, and contracting international experts
- Formatting, editing and verifying correctness of CVs
- Editing, formatting and proofreading reports and other documents
- Preparing and compiling administrative documents
- Managing travel arrangements and other logistics
- Ensuring contractual compliance and monitoring project progress
- Financial management of projects (incl. invoice processing, invoicing to clients and controlling)
- Updating the management information system
- Preparing project work plans and drafting project methodologies
Your profile
- Master’s Degree
- Work experience with similar tasks
- Work experience as FWC manager is a strong asset
- Proficiency in MS Word and working knowledge of Excel
- Proficient written and spoken English (C2 in the Common European Framework)
- Proficient written and spoken French is a strong asset
- Written and spoken German is an asset
- Flexible, service-oriented, reliable and responsible, with good communication skills
