Drive continuous improvement by assessing and optimising processes, tools, systems, and behaviours across departments and the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development Advisory Unit, this position will identify and address bottlenecks, implement enhancements, and integrate process improvements with change management to advance organisational efficiency and adaptability.
In your role you will
- Lead process mapping and modelling in collaboration with process managers to identify and document processes across departments and the organisation.
- Collaborate across departments to harmonise and standardise processes, optimising workflows, and aligning with the BPMN 2.0 methodology to drive changes, automation, and improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a central platform for process documentation, ensuring accessibility, usability, and alignment with organisational needs.
- Conduct process reviews to capture lessons learned, monitor implementation of modelled processes, and promote continuous improvement through benchmarking and evaluation.
- Advocate for change by integrating process management into initiatives, building readiness for change, and aligning stakeholders to support successful transitions.
- Serve as a liaison for stakeholders, addressing process needs, ensuring process alignment, managing expectations, and providing expert guidance for informed decision-making.
- Facilitate training and workshops to build capacity in process management, fostering a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and process ownership.
You Have
- Demonstrated expertise in process management within the BPMN 2.0 framework.
- Proven experience with process management methodologies, tools, and frameworks; certifications in process and/or change management are preferred.
- Experience in managing the human aspects of change, including stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within dynamic project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT systems and office software; familiarity with process management software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German (B2 level or above) is preferred.
