To enrich our Humanitarian Project Team, we are looking forward to recruiting a Project Coordinator*!

The position is limited until 31.03.2025 and comes in part time with 19.5 h/week.

These are your responsibilities

  • Coordinating the activities and partners in humanitarian projects funded by the German Federal Foreign Office and other donors
  • Development of a detailed implementation plan and a theory of change for the implementation of the project
  • Supporting partners in the development and implementation of an M&E framework
  • Coordinate financial and narrative reporting and train partners in the application of relevant guidelines of the German Federal Foreign Office
  • Regular monitoring visits, reporting and communication to the Federal Foreign Office and other donors
  • Close cooperation with the project delivery teams regarding the implementation and reporting on the funded projects
  • Advocacy, networking and coordination at events, as well as representation of CBM AGs
  • Representation of the IHA initiative in internal working groups

These are your qualifications

  • University degree in humanitarian action, development, political sciences or a related field
  • Experience in the coordination and management of complex projects, funded by institutional donors such as the German Foreign Office
  • Experience in reporting and communication towards institutional donors
  • Practical experience in the planning and management of humanitarian action projects
  • Willingness to travel to Ukraine
  • Intercultural competences
  • Good knowledge of English and Ukrainian, German would be an advantage
  • Identification with Christian values and the mandate of the CBM
