To enrich our Humanitarian Project Team, we are looking forward to recruiting a Project Coordinator*!
The position is limited until 31.03.2025 and comes in part time with 19.5 h/week.
These are your responsibilities
- Coordinating the activities and partners in humanitarian projects funded by the German Federal Foreign Office and other donors
- Development of a detailed implementation plan and a theory of change for the implementation of the project
- Supporting partners in the development and implementation of an M&E framework
- Coordinate financial and narrative reporting and train partners in the application of relevant guidelines of the German Federal Foreign Office
- Regular monitoring visits, reporting and communication to the Federal Foreign Office and other donors
- Close cooperation with the project delivery teams regarding the implementation and reporting on the funded projects
- Advocacy, networking and coordination at events, as well as representation of CBM AGs
- Representation of the IHA initiative in internal working groups
These are your qualifications
- University degree in humanitarian action, development, political sciences or a related field
- Experience in the coordination and management of complex projects, funded by institutional donors such as the German Foreign Office
- Experience in reporting and communication towards institutional donors
- Practical experience in the planning and management of humanitarian action projects
- Willingness to travel to Ukraine
- Intercultural competences
- Good knowledge of English and Ukrainian, German would be an advantage
- Identification with Christian values and the mandate of the CBM
