Our international team of professionals provides high quality technical and management expertise to deliver projects that make health systems and services more effective.
As part of our dynamic development and growth, we seek to strengthen our headquarter team with an experienced French-speaking Senior Project Manager who also takes on leadership tasks. You bring in solid skills in public health, in project management and business development as well as talent and motivation in leading processes and personnel. We are looking for a proactive and hands-on person, socially competent and eager for organising, for implementing and for assuming responsibility.
Your tasks
- Contribute to and operationalize EPOS’ strategic objectives
- Business development: manage project acquisition through early intelligence, networking, fact-finding, prepare and write proposals; supervise and quality control proposal development teams
- Project management: provide technical, administrative and financial support; supervise and quality control project implementation, support project managers and coordinators
- Actively interact with strategic donors such as GIZ, KfW & EU, with key clients, partners, institutions, experts
- Contribute to developing new markets for EPOS
- Take up responsibility in staff coordination, management and development
- Contribute to EPOS Knowledge Management, tool development, Quality Management and visibility.
Your qualification
- Degree in Health Management, Public Health, Nutrition, International Health, Management or similar
- At least 5 years of professional experience in international health consultancy
- Solid management and coordination skills, leadership experience would be an asset
- Proven experience in business development
- Excellent writing skills in French and English
- A solid network within the German bilateral financing institutions GIZ and KfW as well as experience with EU-funded projects would be an asset.
- Team player and ability to work in multi-cultural teams
- Willingness to international travel
